Ivy & Thread Boutique ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY.

RETURN DEPARTMENT

We ask that you please read and understand our Return Policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing.

Items can be returned within 14 days from the date your items are delivered or picked up in store. Items must be in *original condition within 14 days to receive an exchange or store credit. DISCOUNTED/ SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Please note, returns may take 2-3 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. Ivy & Thread does not provide shipping labels for returns.

*Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached.
